Progressive offers service support when you need it. Our service support hot line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

During our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time, GMT -05:00) you will be able to contact our staff directly. After normal business hours leave us a message and our system will page one of our service engineers to call you back right away.

Use the service hot line if you have a critical issue with your machine that is interrupting production or if you just want to schedule one of our qualified service engineers to visit your facility to help with a non-critical issue.

Replacement parts

As part of our commitment to a lifetime of support for our systems, Progressive maintains an extensive inventory of consumable parts as well as access to most replaceable parts.

In-stock parts are typically shipped within 24 hours. If a part is not in stock, if required, we will work with you to expedite the receipt and delivery to your facility.

Progressive also maintains a stock of obsolete parts for our oldest machines. Our spare parts coordinators have access to this entire inventory to fill your spare parts order as fast as possible.

If your machine is out of production due to a failed component, be sure to notify us so that your request receives extra attention to get you back into production as soon as possible.

When contacting spare parts; please include the part number, part description, project or serial number of the system needing the spare part.

Other technical services available

In addition to customer support and replacement parts, our customer service team offers a wide variety of other technical services including:

Training
Our customer service engineers would be happy to conduct additional training at our facilities in Grand Rapids, Michigan or would be willing to travel to your site to train your team in any one of the following areas:

  • Thermal spray coating process

Maintenance contracts
Our technical service coordinators have a wide range of standard service contracts available or they would be willing to design a contract to fit your needs. Typically these visits are set up 2 to 4 time per year. Our customer service engineer will travel to your site, inspect the machine and conduct all the regular preventative maintenance procedures and recommend any other service to keep your Progressive machine running smoothly.

Application development
If you are interested in utilizing our process development expertise for a new application on your Progressive machine, we are here ready to help. Whether we travel to your site or conduct the application development on machinery at our facility, we can help with tooling, programming, and process validation.

Calibration and certifications
To keep your critical process controls within the calibration and certification requirements of industry and OEM specifications, Progressive offers calibration services both on site or component level at our calibration lab. Our calibration equipment is all NIST traceable. Calibrations certificates are delivered upon completion of our calibration service.
