Small and flexible footprint for easy integration into the cell workflow

This cell uses three gravity-suction peening nozzles to target aerospace turbine blades’ fir tree root form. The pivoting spindle door orients the part mask for easy loading by the operator. A button push starts the automatic cycle of loading the part, peening, and unloading while the operator attends to other operations within the cell. A single part is peened in less than one minute.
