Grit Blast Turbine Nozzles with ABB Robotic Loading
The software and tooling work together to process aero engine parts efficiently
This system automatically processes batches of aero engine components through surface preparation before a coating operation. Loaded carts are placed at the loading station. A robot picks the part and places it in the cabinet, where the nozzle manipulator (robot or oscillator) moves the nozzles to process the part as needed.
