Large Robotic Grit Blast with Manual Station

Designed to overcome the challenges of very fine mesh media

With robotic nozzle manipulation, this system offers a repeatable, flexible, and cost-effective abrasive blast process. It can prepare surfaces, remove coatings, and clean complex geometries. The system includes a nozzle verification tool to double-check the operator. The manual station is interlocked with the control system to operate safely in manual or automatic modes.
