Thermal Spraying

Flow suspended powders in either water or Ethanol

The Progressive LiquifeederHE® is specifically designed to deliver suspended particle slurries or solution precursor mixtures to a thermal spray torch. The liquid supply can be as small as one gallon for laboratory applications or up to 400 gallons for production. A variable speed peristaltic pump pushes the liquid from the supply reservoir to the spray torch at flow rates from 10 ml/min to 100 ml/min at pressures up to 90 psi (with proper hose selection). A Coriolis meter is provided to continuously monitor the liquid flow rate and density. A pressure transducer monitors the pressure in the feed line.
