This custom ultra-high pressure waterjet cleaning system is designed to efficiently and effectively remove coatings from special tools—including rolls, shields, and covers— used in  glass coating machines. These tools capture overspray from the sputter coating process used to add glass coating to panels, and need to be periodically stripped of overspray. The machine offers 6-axes of robotic-controlled coordinated waterjet cleaning motion. The waterjet stripping system can be supplied with a water intensifier pump manufactured by Jet Edge or Flow International in a variety of horsepower ranges.
