Replacement Parts

As part of our commitment to lifetime support for our systems, Progressive maintains an extensive inventory of replacement parts. We also maintain a stock of obsolete parts for our oldest machines. Our spare parts coordinators have access to this entire inventory to fill your spare parts order as quickly as possible.

If your machine is out of production due to a failed component, be sure to notify us so that your request receives extra attention to get you back into production as soon as possible.

Training
Additional training is available in the following areas:

  • Machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Process training: shot peening, grit blasting, waterjet cleaning, thermal spray coating
  • PRIMS Pro®/CITS Pro® software
  • CNC or robot programming

Maintenance contracts
A wide range of standard service contracts is available, or we can design one to fit your needs. Depending on the terms of the contract, our service engineer will travel to your site, inspect your machine, conduct all regular preventative maintenance procedures, and recommend any service needed to keep your Progressive machine running smoothly.

Calibration and certifications
Keep your critical process controls within industry and OEM  calibration and certification requirements with help from Progressive. We provide calibration services on-site or, at the component level, in our calibration lab. Our calibration equipment is all NIST traceable. Calibration certificates are delivered upon completion.
