Natural gas fueled HVOF system for application of chrome replacement coatings on hydraulic components. System orients parts vertically to reduce the overall foot print. Two programmable axes provide consistent, reproducible coatings. Parts are loaded via an overhead crane. The adjustable man platform provides safe access for securing parts up to 12′ long into the machine. Down draft ventilation removes the process heat and overspray. Identical grit blast machine is also available.
