The CITS Pro® part manager enables the user to create, copy, delete, and activate parts, or add parts to the queue. Each part entered in the CITS Pro® system is given a page featuring a part picture, robot motion program, and process documentation such as gun selection, setup description, fixturing requirements, and other user-specific data.
When the operator selects a part on a robotic system, the associated part program is automatically sent to the robot controller and made active.
CITS Pro® features expanded part process document/image association with files including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, HTML, image files, and standard CAD drawing formats.
