High Volume Grit and Shot Blast Line

Side-by-side small rotary index machines perform two blast cleaning operations

Two different operations are accomplished in side-by-side Progressive automated machines. Shot blasting removes burrs and tool marks, while grit blasting roughens a critical surface. Conveyors move parts while pick and place units load the machines, flip the parts, and unload. This is a truly hands-off operation.
