How do I order spare parts?
Spare parts ordering with Progressive Surface is designed for your convenience. Dial +1.616.285.8338 to reach our our service support center. Select option #1 from the menu and you will be transferred to our spare parts department where we can help you identify and price the parts you need.


Who do I call for after-hours service support?
Progressive Surface offers 24/7 phone service support on all of our systems regardless of age. Dial +1.616.285.8338 to reach our service support center. Select option #2 from the menu and you will be transferred to our service department. During normal business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time, GMT -05:00), Monday–Friday, you will be connected with one of our service personnel. After normal business hours, you will leave a message in our paging center and one of our service representatives will call you back within 30 minutes.

Do you offer maintenance service contracts for your equipment?
Yes! Progressive offers maintenance service contracts on all of our systems regardless of age or condition. We offer special contract pricing that is good for any service or training during the length of the contract. Call our service department +1.616.285.8338 and select option #2 to ask for more information.


Can I get phone support, and does it cost me anything?
Call +1.616.285.8338 for Progressive Surface's 24/7 phone service support for all of our systems, regardless of age. This number will connect you with our service support center. Select option #2 to be transferred to our service department. During normal business hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time, GMT -05:00), Monday–Friday, you will be connected with one of our service personnel. After normal business hours, leave a message in our paging center and one of our service representatives will call you back within 30 minutes.

There is no charge for phone support on your Progressive system.


Do you offer customer training?
The Progressive Surface service department offers courses that meet all of your training needs. These can include, but are not limited to, maintenance, operator and programming training. Call our service department at +1.616.285.8338 and select option #2 for more information.
