Large cabinet with open roof allows hoist access for part loading

Gears come in different sizes; so do shot peening machines. This machine opens in front and on top for hoist loading of large mining components up to 6,000 lbs. The horizontal spindle adjusts to different part geometry, and the ABB IRB4600 robot provides 2.55 meters of nozzle reach. An additional turntable is included for large round parts.

  • Open cabinet design for ease of loading large parts
