This large rotary index machine offers high-production peening of truck transmission pinion gears and gear shafts. All three functions (load/unload, shot peen, blowoff) occur simultaneously, which maximizes the system’s production capability. The operator interface utilizes an Allen-Bradley color PanelView Plus display.

• Eight pressure delivery nozzles (four per spindle) flow 22 pounds per minute each to quickly peen gears
• Extensive urethane and armor plating protection of the interior surfaces protect from high-intensity overspray
• Automated part masking inside the peening chamber
• Cam closing process doors retain media and sound inside the process cabinet
