Easy loading of heavy parts by overhead crane

This spray cell features a CNC-controlled torch arm and connected traveling spray hood and a 5,000-pound capacity lathe. The system quickly shifts from plasma spray to HVOF and wire arc. The acoustical enclosure includes a retractable roof to facilitate the loading of parts up to 25 feet long. The modular air cooling system can target coating regions along the lathe axis.
