Large envelope and high-capacity filter system for aerospace abradable coatings

The roof-mounted stainless steel gantry robot offers easy-to-program and durable nozzle manipulation. The Hypertherm 150 hp intensifier pump can generate a flow of up to 3 gpm at 60,000psi to effectively strip various coatings. The cabinet drag conveyor and bulk-bag pre-filter are designed for high-volume abradable coating stripping, and the cabinet interior is continuously lined with stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
