Certified Ultra High Pressure Waterjet Nozzles
A large selection of OEM qualified nozzles and parameter combinations
Surface speed, standoff, and water pressure are critical parameters that enable the removal of the coating without damaging the substrate. Our data sheets detail the critical parameters for each substrate and nozzle combination. Our waterjet nozzles meet the requirements of all OEM standard practices for waterjet removal of coatings including Pratt and Whitney SPOP 322, GE 70-23-23, CFM 70-23-70, and RR OP144. Waterjet nozzle options include:
- Multi-orifice, large path rotating nozzles
- Highly aggressive, with high speed rotating fan jet nozzles
- Tight geometry, non-rotating fan jet nozzles
