Filtration enables the recycling of the process water

Progressive’s custom water filtration system transfers water from the machine’s effluent reservoir, filters it to 0.45 microns, and treats it to control biologics. TDS levels are controlled with DI resin tanks that connect to the system. The water is treated at the pump’s 3.0 gpm flow capacity for zero discharge operation.
